By accessing or using our platform (the “App” or “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to register and use our platform. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach

Our platform rewards users for completing tasks such as watching videos, installing apps, answering surveys, and referring friends. Rewards, task availability, and payout rates may change without notice. We reserve the right to validate task completion and deny rewards in cases of fraud, automated activity, or policy violations.

You may share your unique referral link to invite new users. Referral bonuses are credited only when referrals meet all eligibility criteria and comply with platform rules. Self-referrals or incentivized sign-ups that violate these Terms are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and may vary by payout method
• Withdrawals are processed instantly or within a commercially reasonable timeframe; delays may occur due to verification or technical issues
• You are solely responsible for any transaction fees or taxes related to your earnings

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks
• Manipulate referral or task systems through deceptive practices
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights while using our platform

Violation may result in suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or permanent account termination.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platform are the property of our company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability of tasks and payments. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you earned through our platform in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold earnings, and block access to the Platform at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or other misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan.
